Eligibility for Returns

Items that are used, damaged due to misuse, or missing pieces are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- For orders that qualified for free shipping, our actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund once the return is processed.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
