Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order.

  • 1 Bin: Flat-rate shipping of $6.95

  • 2–3 Bins: 🎁 Free Shipping

  • 4 or more bins: please get in touch with us at info@getbinbusy.com

Free shipping automatically applies at checkout when your cart qualifies.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via standard ground shipping. Delivery times typically range from 5–7 business days, depending on location.

Shipping Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high shipping volume (such as holidays). Bin Busy is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Bin Busy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
